2. Irrigation Water Management system inefficiencies and operator practices
3. Streambank erosion
4. Water quality agricultural non-point source pollution including animal waste, sediment, ag chemical runoff

a. Rangeland Management
b. Wind Erosion
c. Upstream flood control
d. Drainage

f. Fish & Wildlife Habitat Improvement
6. Other (non-agriculture related) conservation activities should be undertaken only when higher priority needs are met.
Operations Priorities
District operations priorities shall be based on contribution toward the resource priorities above and the identified priority needs for:
1. District funding, capability improvement, & mandatory items
2. Hands-on, agriculture/environmental information, education, and demonstration projects
